Here is a special haflinger from our collection,
Made in 1970, it has only covered 800 miles from new and has never been registered.
In fact, it has never even been painted and is completely rust free.
When we purchased it, we found that the gearbox creeper housing was cracked because the wrong bolt had been fitted causing a bad oil leak. in 2019 we replaced the casing and also changed all of the axle boots, wheel cylinders, flexi hoses and exhaust. Now it drives like it did when it left the factory nearly 50 years ago…
